Yamaha Jet Ski Rentals in Little Elm, TX

Release of Liability / Assumption of Risk Jet ski renter assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of all vessels rented under this agreement, including any vessel operated by renter’s guests or additional operators. Personal watercraft, including jet skis, are inherently dangerous and involve risks that may result in serious bodily injury, death, or property damage. Renter and each guest voluntarily assume all risks arising out of or related to the rental, use, operation, boarding, loading, unloading, launching, transport, or presence on or around the vessels, including but not limited to risks arising from water and weather conditions, wakes, waves, submerged objects, collisions, falls, mechanical failure, and the acts or omissions of renter, guests, other boaters, or third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, renter and each guest release, waive, and hold harmless the company, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, related to any injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the rental, use, or operation of the vessels. Renter Age & Experience Renter and all pilot of the jet skis must be at least 21 years old and have previous boating experience. Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in. Maximum Capacity Maximum of 2 passengers – this includes adults & children Exceeding capacity is grounds for immediate termination of rental without refund. Fuel Policy Renter is NOT responsible for fuel used during their rental. We will ensure you have enough fuel to cover your rental for the day. Damage Deposit & Liability A security allowance is required but will not be used if the jet ski is returned in the same condition. Renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vessel or other property caused during the rental. This includes damage to the fiberglass, plastic parts, seats, or jet intake/engine components due to beaching or running over debris. Late Return Fee Late returns will be charged $200 per 30 minutes, unless prior arrangements are made. Weather Policy Light rain or cloudy weather does not justify cancellation. If unsafe weather is forecasted (high winds, lightning, storms), we will reschedule or refund in full. No Glass, Smoking, or Red Drinks Please avoid glass containers, smoking, or red-colored beverages (to prevent stains). This includes wine, Kool-Aid, etc. Cleaning/damage fees may apply for violations. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is permitted for 21+ passengers, but no intoxicated drivers allowed. Renter assumes all liability related to alcohol use. DWIs apply to jet skis the same as cars! Pets NO PETS ALLOWED! Reservation will be cancelled without refund it you bring a pet with you. Security Allowance will be charged if pets are brought onboard during the rental. Check-In/Out Location Pick-up/drop-off will be at Little Elm Park Boat Ramp in Little Elm, TX. Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing. Clean-Up & Trash Please remove all trash and personal items at the end of your trip. Excessive mess may incur a cleaning fee of up to $100.
