Cancellation: All bookings are subject for re-scheduling if inclement weather is forecasted. if you wish to cancel, you may do so within 12 hours of cancellation notification. Charter Waves holds the right to cancel at anytime! if the cancellation is performed by the party, it must be complete within 2 days prior to departure. Late or No-Show: Any No-Show will be charged the full amount and will forfeit a refund. The payer of the booking is responsible for all boarding parties. The payer will be known as the Trip Leader (TL). The TL will be notified via text prior to re-boarding departure. The notification will include a 30-minute courtesy from departing time. If no replay or contact is made from the TL, a 10-minute grace period will be given with a final boarding call to the TL. If the TL fails to reply to the final notification of departure, the vessel will depart from the site.
