Behavior and Respect: - The renter commits to behaving appropriately and respectfully throughout the rental period. - The captain must be respected, and all instructions and established rules must be followed. 4. Safety Requirements: - The renter must comply with all safety requirements established by the relevant maritime authorities. - This includes the proper use of life jackets and any other safety equipment provided. 5. Additional Charges for Damages: - The renter will be held responsible for any damage caused to any part of the boat during the rental period. - In case of damages, additional charges will be applied to cover the repair costs. 6. Alcohol Consumption: - Alcohol consumption is permitted on board, as long as it is done responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Alcohol is not sold or provided on board. The renter must bring their own beverages and ice, if desired. 7. Cancellation: - In case of cancellation, you have up to 48 hours before your reservation to cancel and reschedule it for another day. - Failure to comply with this cancellation notice period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
