FULL DAY (8 HRS) rentals are the ONLY options. MULTI DAY rentals will be considered on an individual basis. Boat Operator/ Captain is NOT included. Boarding MUST take place by 9:30 AM or earlier and MUST be returned by 5:30 PM regardless of pick up time. There will be an additional fee of 100.00 if the boat is returned late. FULL day rental rate is 475.00 plus the cost of refueling. In the event that the Marina fuel pumps are closed by the time of return, the cost of refueling will be determined by the quarter of a tank. The boat has a 24 gallon tank. 1/4 tank used = 6 gallons, 1/2 tank used = 12 gallons, 3/4 tank used = 18 gallons, anything below 3/4 tank used = 24 gallons. This refueling fee will be remitted personally to the owner by cash or venmo upon return. The price per gallon will be determined by the price of 87 non ethanol gas at the marina. Primary service areas include: Oyster Bay, ICW, Wolf Bay, Perdido Bay, Bayou St John, Walker Island, Robinson Island, Terry Cove, Bird Island, Old River, Ono Island. Places of interest in this area: The Tin Top, Tacky Jacks, Pirates Cove, Flora Bama, OSO, Tiki Hut, Robinson Island. The pick up and drop off location is at Legendary Marina and Yacht Club: 335 Waterway W Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542. 12 Person MAX capacity. This is a pleasure boat NOT a fishing boat. Fishing is not permitted. Boat is NOT authorized in the Gulf of America and MUST stay in inland waters. Due to insurance regulations renters / operator MUST be at least 21 years old. The operator MUST have a valid Alabama Boating Safety license. Failure to produce a valid Alabama Boating License on or before the day of rental will result in the termination of the rental agreement without the possibility of refund. Getting your Alabama License is simple. Go to https://www.boat-ed.com to complete an approved internet based boat operator certification course. A liability waiver will be signed by all passengers at boarding. Please keep in mind that this is my personal boat. Please take care of it as if it were your own. General rules and reminders: No RED drinks are permitted. Please sit on a towel at all times. Trash bags will be provided, please use them. There will be a fee for excessive dirtiness, stains, and damage. Remember to RAISE THE TALON and LADDER before departing. This boat is equipped with a Yamaha 175 HP Vmax engine, Tow bar, tow ropes, 12 adult life vest , 2 children life vest, (all children 8 and under MUST wear life vest that fit at ALL TIMES), throwable PFD's, 6' talon anchor, 2 additional throwable anchors, Garmin GPS, bluetooth stereo, air pump, tools, bimini top. 2 inter tubes. PLEASE USE THE 4 FENDERS when approaching any pier or dock.
