Crew: Your trip will be crewed by a licensed Captain and an able bodied First Mate LOCATION: The Sisu is Located at the Bayshore Marina at the south most portion of South Clinton Avenue at J dock slip 4. It is easy to find just east of the large paddle wheel boat the Laura Kristy. This is a public park and there is plenty of parking but be sure to “Feed the meter” by parking in a numbered space and paying at the machine directly in front of the Laura Kristy. ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Upon arrival, please wait near dock J4 where a crew member will greet you at dock entrance once your entire party arrives and escort your party to the vessel. We recommend providing your guests with directions & detailed instructions on how to get to the boat. It is also encouraged to inform all guests to arrive 15 minutes before your departure to ensure your trip stays on schedule. OCCUPANCY: I understand that you will be bringing 12 passengers. Note: We can legally host up to 12 guests max, without exceptions. Additionally passengers will be turned away. Please let us know if anyone under age 12 will be aboard so we can have life jackets for them at least 24 hours advance. NO SHOE POLICY: In effort to keep the boat clean during your trip, we ask that shoes shall not be worn and guests are generally barefoot in "yacht-style". Shoes will be checked at the platform, placed in a bin stowed inside the cabin and shoes returned upon return back to the dock. This will enable all guests to roam about freely through the boat and inside the cabin and boat to stay clean. FOOD & BEVERAGE: We welcome you to bring whatever food and drink you wish (BYOB). For food, we encourage you to think simple picnic-style such as finger foods and cheese platters, fruit, sushi, etc. for ease of consumption. We have a large cooler where ice and bottled water will be provided and where you can store your beverages & food. There is also a refrigerator equipped with a freezer in the cabin for storage of any food you would like to store. The galley(kitchen) is stocked with plates, cups and utensils. We recommend using paper & plastic items which will be provided as well. Aside from bottles of wine & champagne which should securely be stowed in coolers or storage compartments provided while underway, we kindly request that glass bottles and glasses NOT be used to avoid glass breakage on deck which could result in serious injury of the guests. ENTERTAINMENT: You will be provided with access to BLUETOOTH radio for your listening pleasure at reasonable levels. This requires the download of FUSION LINK app. Please find it online and download it beforehand. We kindly request that guests aboard respect captain wishes and his discretion with regards to volume of music as inability to hear can cause safety concerns with operation of the vessel. BEST PRACTICES: Please remember, the yacht will be moving during your charter and there will be waves and wakes that will roll the boat a bit. As such please be sure to stow any glass bottles or items they may fall in the cooler, refrigerator or inside the cabin. Aside for cleanliness, this is another reason we recommend no shoes aboard. Please be sure to keep a good hold when moving forward on the deck. GRATUITIES: When your amazing trip is over, it is customary to provide a minimum gratuity of 10% to Captain and 5% if there is a mate which can be paid directly to your crew for service. Feel free to go above and beyond if you feel they are provided you with above and beyond service making your trip enjoyable.
