Important Policies Weather: If the captain deems conditions unsafe, you can reschedule or get a full refund. Late/No-Shows: Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals cut into your time. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Safety: Children under 13 must wear life jackets. Follow all captain instructions. Food & Alcohol: You may bring your own, but no glass containers and no RED drinks. Drink responsibly. Smoking/Drugs: Not allowed. Any violations will end the trip with no refund. Cleanliness: Excessive mess may result in a $150 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage.
