Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy - A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. - The balance is due 90 days before departure. - No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made after the trip has started. Cancellation Charges - More than 180 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee - 91–180 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee - Within 90 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund) Non-Payment If payment is not completed by due dates, the booking may be canceled with no refund, and outstanding amounts may still be collected.
