Terms & Disclaimers All charters aboard Explorador 31 are subject to weather, sea conditions, vessel availability, and the judgment of the Captain. The Captain reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a trip when conditions are considered unsafe. Passenger Capacity - Harbor cruises are limited to a maximum of 12 passengers. - Fishing trips are limited to a maximum of 6 anglers/passengers. - Passenger limits may be reduced when required by applicable regulations, vessel operating requirements, or the Captain. Safety The safety of all passengers and crew is our highest priority. All passengers must follow the instructions of the Captain and crew at all times. The Captain may refuse service or end a trip if a passenger's behavior creates a safety concern. Life jackets and required safety equipment will be provided as required by law. Fishing Charters Fishing trips are subject to local fishing regulations, seasons, closures, weather, ocean conditions, and fish availability. There is no guarantee of catching fish. Fishing locations and target species may change based on conditions and Captain's discretion. Passengers are responsible for complying with applicable fishing-license requirements and regulations unless otherwise stated. Cancellations & Weather If a trip must be cancelled by our company due to unsafe weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will work with the customer to reschedule the trip or provide a refund according to the applicable booking terms. Customer cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals may be subject to cancellation fees or loss of deposit. Personal Property Our company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Passengers should secure valuables and bring only items necessary for the trip. Alcohol & Conduct Alcohol may be permitted on certain harbor cruises at the Captain's discretion and subject to applicable law. Intoxicated, disorderly, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. The Captain reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if necessary for the safety of passengers, crew, or vessel. Children Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors throughout the charter. Liability Participation in boating and fishing activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, vessel movement, weather, sea conditions, fishing equipment, and other hazards associated with being on the water. Passengers may be required to review and sign applicable waivers and releases before departure. These terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Our company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary.
