We are on a Beneteau Oceanis 41 monohull called that has just enough space to keep it comfortable to explore and still have more of an intimate setting. We are able to offer the front queen bedroom that has plenty of air flow and comfort for couples or if we have a small family we can also offer the living room bed that drops down to give full comfort. She has a2 bathroom set up where each bathroom has its particular use. One is set up with sink and toilet and the other is more open and set for a comfortable shower with a system that offers you a hot mineral stone shower after a full day of swimming. There is two dining areas one down in the living room and the other up top in the helm where you can enjoy the sunrise/ sunset while you eat. There is a fully set up kitchen with fridge and freezer and a drink fridge as well. Plenty of solar and a good power system to support all the power needs and paired with a fresh water set up so you have the best water at your fingertips. Starlink is also available on board so you can still reach out to the world when needed. She is fit to explore the islands comfortably off grid but still connected as needed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if a trip is not a good fit for safety, capacity, or operational reasons. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed final payment date shared at the time of booking. If final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and release the dates. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, and at our discretion, payments may be transferred to a future booking date if sufficient notice is given and scheduling allows. Your safety is our top priority. Sailing routes, anchorages, activities, departure times, and trip plans may need to change due to weather, sea state, wind conditions, mechanical concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. This includes the possibility of delaying departure, returning early, adjusting the itinerary, or canceling a trip if conditions are deemed unsafe. If we cancel a trip before departure due to unsafe weather or conditions beyond our control, we may offer either: - a rescheduled date, subject to availability, or - a credit toward a future booking Refund decisions for weather-related cancellations are made at our discretion and depend on trip timing, trip length completed, and any unrecoverable costs already incurred. If weather changes during the trip and an itinerary must be adjusted for safety, this does not qualify as a refund situation. Guests are responsible for arriving on time and ready for departure. If you are running late, you must contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time, modified departure plans, or missed portions of the experience without refund. If a guest does not arrive and does not communicate within the agreed check-in window, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be canceled without refund. All guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times. Safety decisions made onboard are final. We reserve the right to refuse boarding or end a trip without refund if a guest: - behaves in a way that puts themselves, other guests, crew, or the vessel at risk - is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol - does not follow safety instructions - withholds important medical, mobility, swimming, or behavioral information that affects safety Guests are responsible for sharing any relevant health concerns, medical conditions, allergies, medications, or physical limitations before the trip begins. Children are welcome when approved as part of the booking, but they must remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times unless otherwise clearly arranged. Parents are responsible for ensuring children understand and follow onboard safety rules. Life jackets may be required for children and for adults in certain conditions at the captain’s discretion. Participation in swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, dinghy rides, and other water activities is at your own risk. Conditions can change quickly in the ocean environment. Guests must honestly communicate their swimming ability and comfort in the water. The captain may limit or cancel water activities at any time due to current, swell, visibility, marine life, weather, fatigue, or any other safety concern. To protect the safety of guests and the vessel, all guests agree to respect the following: - No reckless behavior, roughhousing, or unsafe movement around the boat - Shoes may need to be removed onboard - Respect shared spaces, gear, and sleeping areas - Follow all marine toilet and water use instructions carefully - Do not bring items that may damage the boat or create safety concerns - Smoking rules, if allowed at all, must be followed exactly as directed - Guests are responsible for preparing for the realities of being on the water, including motion, heat, sun, insects, and changing conditions. We recommend bringing any needed seasickness remedies, medications, or personal comfort items in advance. Discomfort due to seasickness or adjustment to boat life does not qualify for refund - Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, electronics, luggage, or valuables brought onboard, including items damaged by saltwater or weather exposure. - By booking and participating, guests acknowledge that sailing and ocean-based experiences involve inherent risks, including but not limited to changing weather, boat movement, slippery surfaces, open water, marine life, remote locations, and limited immediate medical access. Guests accept these risks as part of the experience.
