We initiate the course with an instructive and safety video. Complemented with a theoretical chat about the experience that is going to take place, the video is part of our safety protocol and must needs to be seen by every one that is not a certified diver. In the practical session we do two immersions, at first we do some basic but necessary exercise for practicing dive. Always accompanied by a certified diver, then we tend to do 100% recreational dive, where we will observe multiple species and marine corals. We always look for calm quiet places simulating a pool where you are able to see the coast line and able to touch the ground or stand. (maximum depth 6m) After the first dive, we take a well-deserved break and take a healthy snack on the white beach of Tayrona National Reserve Park. The second dive is made on a completely different location where you will enjoy of a spectacular trip to Colombian under waters, always accompanied and guided by a certified instructor. (Maximum depth 12m) Open Water PADI Certification Approving this course makes you a worldwide certified diver. In 3 days time you will dive 5 diferent times (1 in calmed waters and 4 in open water).
