Rental Terms (Up to 4 Guests) - Weather Policy: If winds exceed 15 knots or waves are over 2 meters (whitecaps present), the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion for safety reasons. - Late Arrivals: If you're over 15 minutes late, we will depart as scheduled to avoid disrupting later charters. If you're 26+ minutes late, it's considered a no-show — no refund. - No-Show Policy: No-shows cannot be refunded, as time, travel, and scheduling have been committed. - Safety Rules: Life jackets are provided and must be worn if instructed. No jumping overboard while underway. - Code of Conduct: Abuse, intoxication, or possession/use of illegal substances (e.g., fentanyl, cocaine) will result in immediate trip termination without refund. - Respect the Boat: This is a 1947 wooden heritage vessel.
