DELIVERY / PICKUP: Your boat will be delivered to the designated launch ramp and picked up after your rental — no towing or transport needed on your part. FUEL CHARGES: Boats are provided with a full tank. After your trip, you’ll only be charged for the fuel you use. ARRIVAL TIME / DELAYS: Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete loading and the safety briefing. If you’re late your start time may be pushed back, but your end time remains the same. CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS: If we haven’t heard from you after your scheduled start time, your booking will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable. WEATHER CONDITIONS: In the event of unsafe weather (strong winds or heavy rain), you’ll receive full credit toward a future rental. If you launch but return early due to weather, we’ll prorate your time on the water accordingly. All weather-related decisions are made with safety as our top priority. RENTAL AGREEMENT: A rental agreement must be signed prior to your rental. No exceptions. Valid driver license is required. SAFTEY RUES AND OPERATION GUIDELINES: Maintain at least 60 feet from other vessels as required by Arizona law. Always check your surroundings before turning or changing direction. Avoid shallow water stay a minimum distance of at least 100 yards from the shore or any shallow water or you can damage boat propeller and boat. If boat propeller is damaged a $500 fee will be charged for replacement. Operate at slow no wake speed near docks, shorelines, around other boats and in no-wake zones. Safe and respectful boating is expected at all times. OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS: Drivers must have prior boating experience. No first-time or inexperienced drivers permitted. You must be confident in your ability to safely operate the vessel. AGE / LIMIT CAPACITY: Drivers must be 24 or older with a valid driver’s license. Do not exceed the boat’s passenger limits or weight capacity. Children 13 and under must wear life jackets required by law. Alcohol and Substance Use Absolutely no operating the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or marijuana. Passengers may consume alcohol responsibly, but reckless behavior will result in early termination without a refund. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable damage deposit. This covers any potential damage, excessive cleaning, or late returns. Any property or boat damage caused during the rental is the renter’s responsibility. BOAT CONDITION / CLEANLINESS: Please return the boat in the same condition it was delivered. A cleaning fee will be applied if the boat is returned excessively dirty or littered.
