WEATHER CANCELLATION: 48 hours before the start of the service we have a good and reliable weather forecast. In the case of the bad weather forecast, the customer has the option to cancel the service or leave for another day. In case of cancellation for this reason and in this time period, a refund of 100% will be done, with the exception of administrative expenses never higher than 5%. Under no circumstances accept cancellations once the service is started. Bad weather means heavy rain, strong winds or sea conditions that endanger navigation or the guests or crew. The right of cancellation for weather matters is always on hands of the company. Unofficially communicate the company's philosophy is that customers must be satisfied and have a good time. So if we are not going to fulfil these premises 48 hours to view, inform and advise the client of cancellation. Sometimes we have attempted cancellation or cloudy weather expected weak rain forecast a 30% probability. This, for example, would not lead to cancellation due to bad weather.
