Stand Up Paddleboard is an excellent forerunner for surfing. SUP helps you get your “Sea Legs”, balances and increases confidence with being outside, in and out of the ocean! You can see Costa Rica's abundance of wildlife, many varieties of fish, turtles, manta rays, dolphins and birds of many species. SUP is a wonderful total-body workout, involving your center, upper body for paddling, and lower body for added stability.SUP boards are generally longer, wider and more floating than regular surfboards.
