Canadian Canoe Hire in Kirkhill

We are the largest canoe and kayak hire operator in Scotland offering quality boats and equipment for hire, in paddling locations across the country. We can provide equipment for leisure use as well as for fundraising or adventure events.  We also offer a flexible shuttle service to help you get to where you want to be without the hassle of organising it all yourself. Our canoes are predominantly 16ft Venture Rangers, ideal for multi-day trips on flat or moving water.  The canoes come with 2 fitted seats and although they have sufficient room for a third adult or a couple of small children kneeling in the middle, you must bear in mind that along with expedition kit the boat may sit low in the water and put you at risk of being swamped. We do have a couple of 3-seaters as well. Prices start at £45 for a single day's hire, cost £35 for 2 days or more and for 5 days or more you get a free day's hire. We also have a number of smaller boats which can be paddled solo if necessary. The hire cost includes: paddles [with spares], buoyancy aids, helmets [if required] and one 60 litre watertight barrels per person or equivalent sized dry bags. On offer as well is our comprehensive outfitting service. Favourite locations include the Great Glen Canoe Trail (Loch Ness), River Spey, River Beauly, Inverpolly and the North West and Glen Affric. We can also provide shuttles for the River Tay or River Dee for example. Get in touch if you have any questions about equipment, routes, logistics, venues or anything else and we'll be happy to help out. Inquire for more information.

Canoe Hire Scotland is based in the Highlands of Scotland offering Canadian canoe, sea and touring kayak hire with expedition outfitting.  We also offer a flexible customer shuttle service to and from locations across the country. We are best value for hire bookings on the Great Glen Canoe Trail and the River Spey in particular, but are regulars in the West Highlands at the likes of Glen Affric and Loch Mullardoch, further north at Loch Maree or the wild Inverpolly, and will offer shuttles to the Rivers Dee, Tay on occasion and many other locations. We also offer support for canoe based events where large numbers of canoes are required, for example, fund-raisers or adventure races. For a friendly one-stop-service give us a call.
