Responsibility & Damages - The renter is fully responsible for any loss, damage, or negligence caused during the rental period. - Any damages to the boat, equipment, or third parties must be paid for by the renter. - Costs will be assessed and charged accordingly after inspection upon return. 4. Fuel Policy - Boats are delivered with a full tank of fuel. - Fuel consumption is not included in the rental price. - The renter must pay for the fuel used at the end of the journey. 5.
