Cancellation & Weather Policy Bad Weather If, at our sole discretion, weather or lake conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, we offer either: • a voucher of equal value, valid for the entire season, or • a partial refund with a 20% deduction to cover management and operational costs. Cancellations Up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity, guests may choose: • a voucher of equal value (valid for the entire season), or • a partial refund with a 30% deduction due to administrative and operational costs. For cancellations less than 72 hours before the activity, no monetary refund will be issued. When possible, we may offer a voucher depending on availability. No Show Failure to arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. In this case, no refund or voucher will be issued.
