Various types of olive oils will be served to taste, which pairs well with traditional sausage, dalmatian prosciutto, cheese, and jams. Furthermore, to complete the gastronomy picture of this island, we are taking you for a sweet delight - honey tasting and presentation. Currently, the third generation of beekeepers is spreading through their classes a powerful message of giving bees a chance. Their charming and colorful classroom is noticeable right from the entrance. Entering this classroom, you will be joining for discussion on bees, hive maintenance, and honey production. Find a difference between the queen, workers, and drones honey bees to understand and appreciate their purpose and role. After increasing awareness about these little creatures’ importance, it is time to taste various bees' products such as honey and pollen. You can even see their work through a glass beehive. As a perfect closure of the tour, we are taking you for a swim in Nečujam bay. For the snorkeling lovers, there is a sunken wooden boat at the sea bottom of the bay, which ended up there after a great storm. We will provide you the snorkeling masks to explore its remains before we head back home.
