We’ll show you lighthouses, military tunnels, amazing hidden beaches, fantabulous fisherman villages and “Mamma Mia” filming location. That’s right – this is the tour you simply can’t miss. What to see? - Stončica Lighthouse Stončica holds a unique sight especially when viewed from the seaside – the amazing lighthouse of Stončica. The lighthouse was built at the north-eastern promontory of the island of Vis and it’s famous for its very long tradition of active lightkeepers that still daily tend for this unique lighthouse complex. - Military Tunnels on Vis Island One of the most attractive secrets of Dalmatia are military tunnels on the island of Vis, built and used as an important military base during the WW2 with approximately 20 km of underground tunnels, caves, mines and storage facilities which have recently been turned into one of the most attractive visit points on Vis Island. Exploring these is a unique opportunity to get a different view at the history and tradition of the area. - “Mamma Mia 2” filming spots The world famous “Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again” movie was filmed far from Greece. Several unique, amazing locations across the Vis Island have served as the perfect set for the plot of the sequel. All these locations are well worth seeing and are easily recognizable even to those who haven’t memorized every single scene from the movie. - Komiža A small fisherman village that has been attracting both locals and tourists for years now making them fall in love with its stone houses and narrow streets that lead from the port uphill. Explore all the wanders of Komiža, immerge yourself into the local living and enjoy your time in this charming little town. - Stiniva Beach This famous beach is a true well-hidden gem of the Vis Island. It is easily accessible by boat and perfect for a swimming break in the crystal-clear water of the Adriatic Sea. Sunbathing on the beach, swimming and snorkeling are top activities here. Relax, enjoy the deep blue water and don’t forget to explore underneath the surface too. It’s hard for a foreigner to understand the bond the Croats have with the sea. My love for the sea, especially fishing, existed ever since I was a little kid. As I grew up, it made me explore further and I got to find many secret places, caves and pristine beaches. After my studies at Marine Fisheries, I got a job at Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries here in Split and that’s when my dreams come true. The next big step was, of course, combining my experience and expertise to create a company for custom made tours and excursions. My goal is the individual approach and a tour with enchanted exclusivity for my guests of any taste and preference. An introduction to the marine environment and the various fish fauna while enjoying a scenic cruise to the beautiful Dalmatian islands would then sound like a perfect summer escape.
