Our day with Alex was absolutely epic. First off, Alex has a romantic and very comfortable boat, which we loved every minute. He not only has an unbelievable understanding of the lake, but also knows all the best sights and is able to cater to every need along the journey. He’s extremely hospitable & detail oriented —but more importantly, he’s truly service-oriented. He brought us a bottle of Prosecco, provided towels, and treated us to a breakfast kick off stop at an incredible experience of meat and cheese in a charming lakeside town—right near George Clooney’s house! The shop was originally a famous butcher’s, now lovingly transformed by his children into a curated meat and cheese experience. It was the perfect way to start the day—authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable. He knew all the best places for our son to enjoy the water and gave us a full understanding of each town along the coastline. The cliff jumping and his seamless navigation—especially when it came to perfectly positioning the boat—made the experience with Alex feel absolutely magical. He knew which towns to pop into and which to avoid. We ended the day in beautiful Varenna, where we had an amazing pizza with a view to match. It was the perfect closing note to an already unforgettable day. From the moment we booked with Alex to the moment we finished our time together, his communication was excellent. His ability to customize the day made it truly outstanding. We highly recommend this true gentleman, who clearly wants only the best for his guests and whose love for Lake Como shines through in everything he does.

Paolo was a great host and our group thoroughly enjoyed spending the day on his boat. The boat was perfect for our group of 6 adults and he was very informative about this history of the area. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a nice relaxing day on the lake.

Giovanni was wonderful! He had a great quick lunch suggestion, he was able to drop us right at the dock at Villa Balbianello for our tour, versus having to walk from town, and he pointed out the famous and beautiful villas along the way. The boat was a little slower than we expected, so we didn’t get to go as far up the lake as we hoped, but we quickly realized it didn’t matter. Everything we saw was pristine and beautiful and we didn’t need anything else. Giovanni was very responsive when I texted him through Whatsapp ahead of time, to communicate about the day. First off… Wow. There are something’s you read about in books and there are something’s you watch in movies but this experience…. It’s something words can’t explain the time my wife and I had is something I we will never forget. If you have the opportunity to book with Daniel and his team you are a fool to not take it. My only regret is that I wish I would have booked more time on the boat. This was an amazing experience 100/100 I would shout at the top of a mountain to let everyone know to book with Daniel🙏🏿

Exceptional !!! Chris is one of the very few captains on Lake Thun, Interlaken, who is officially licensed to transport passengers commercially on a small passenger ship. This was a key factor for me, as I was traveling with my entire family and wanted the safest boat possible. The pontoon has been redesigned to be unsinkable, adding an extra layer of security. Knowing that he carries a €5 million insurance policy also gave me peace of mind in case of any unforeseen circumstances. The boat is incredibly safe and stable, providing a smooth and enjoyable ride. Chris was highly professional, attentive, helpful, and punctual throughout the entire experience. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the trip even more enjoyable. All in all, I highly recommend this company for a safe, relaxing, and memorable boat tour on Lake Thun!
