All renters/operators must be at least 18 years old and have a valid state ID or driver’s license.  Be advised all riders are required to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation for check in. Wear clothing appropriate for being out on the water and getting wet. Please remember to wear sunscreen. ALL RESERVATIONS Depart per scheduled time. Any late arrivals or no shows  will  NOT be refunded.  If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If cancellation isn’t made within the allotted time frame, full payment will be charged and you will lose the possibility of re-scheduling for another date. No Refunds for same day cancellations. DAMAGE POLICY You agree that you are the cardholder and agree to have your card charged in the event that you occur damages during your rental.  A $550 damage deposit will be held during your excursion.  LATE FEE If you return the jet skis after your return time, you will be charged $10 per minute per jet ski. This includes if you get lost. If you suspect you are lost, simply give us a call and we can assist you. SAFETY AND OPERATION All customers must sing Waiver  JET SKI TOUR WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY.   Its digital and copy will be email  to you. No. You will receive jet ski with full tank, and have to return with full tank as well.  There is marina fuel station near by, but they accept only cash. Price  is $5/gallon.  Failure to do that result charges from your deposit $7 per gallon. How fast do your jet skis go? Our Jet Skis go anywhere from 65-75 MPH depending on the water conditions. Can a Minor Drive a Jet Ski? If you born on or after January 1st, 1988 is required by law to have a boating license permit to operate a personal watercraft in the state of Florida. What happens if there is bad weather? We give a call or text to all our customers providing a re-schedule or refund in the case that you are leaving town. Take into account, we will take this decision based on weather in OUR AREA, if it is raining someplace else, it doesn’t mean that you can cancel your ride.
