Inquire for rates.   *Pricing Options* Hourly Price: $1000 per hour in Greenwich, Connecticut.  Deposit: $500 refundable deposit, charged post-rental if damages occur   *What to Expect* Charter/Rental for the allotted duration Pick up and drop off at the location, walkthrough of the watercraft Bring comfortable swimwear, sunscreen, towels, charger, etc. USCGA life vests and safety equipment on board   Send us a request to see if we are available on your preferred date.     Additional Terms & Information

    3. CANCELLATION: Charter may cancel without penalty if notice is given at least (30) days in advance of the scheduled voyage. If less than (30) but more than (15) days, Manager shall be entitled to a cancellation fee of 50% of the hire which Charterer agrees is a reasonable liquidized damage fee for handling and loss of booking date. If less than 15 days, uncles the voyage is cancelled by the Captain due to inclement weather or because of vessel breakdown, the full Hire shall be deemed earned and payable whether or not the voyage takes place. If Manager cancels because of breakdown or other reason, the refund of any charges to Charter is the maximum damage agreed and Charterer has no additional recourse.  4. CREW: Manager shall provide a master and crew members for the Charter period. Charterer shall pay any expenses related to an additional crew.The Manager and each crew member shall all hold required licenses and shall be otherwise qualified to operate the yacht.  5. PROVISIONS: Charterer shall pay all agreed food, drink and additional items that Charterer requests Manager to provide, if any, in advance of Charter.This shall be outlined in separate catering agreement.  6. DELIVERY: Manager shall deliver the yacht in full commission and proper working order, and staunch, clean and good condition throughout and ready for service.  7.INSURANCE: Manager represents that theYacht is insured against fire, marine and collision risks with protection and indemnity coverage for the sum of the charter period.  8. RESTRICTED USE: A. Parents or group’s leaders are responsible for any children, keeping them in sight at all times.  B.Alcohol is permitted (BYOB) for guests of legal age but guests aboard must not drink excessively and the Captain has the right to ask a guest to stop drinking. If any guest refuses to abide by this or any reasonable order given by the Captain, the Captain has discretion to divert to the nearest dock or other safe landing place, in order to disembark the passengers and terminate the Charter.There will be no refunds if this event occurs.  C. Use or possession of illegal drugs on board the Yacht shall result in immediate termination of the Charter with forfeiture of all monies paid.There is NO SMOKING allowed onboard the yacht.  9.WEATHER: Captain may at any time end the Charter or change course due to inclement weather. If weather is questionable and Captain explains to guests but they still wish to proceed with the Charter, Charterer is not entitled to any refund if Captain later elects to end the Charter due to weather conditions. If, prior to beginning the Charter, Captain cancels due to inclement weather, a full refund will be given.  10. INJURY: If any of Charterer’s guests are injured during the cruise, such injury must be reported promptly to the Captain, and in any event before the passengers disembark.The Captain may ask the injured passenger to sign a statement concerning the circumstances of the injury.  11. REPAIR: If Charterer damages vessel, or equipment, or property with or without intent, then the Charterer will be liable for all cost of repair including misuse of toilets.  12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This charter shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the general maritime law of the United States, as applicable.The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the State or Federal courts in Manhattan, New York, New York for any and all disputes arising out of this charter.The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover to reasonable legal fees and expenses.
