Free cancellation up to 7 days before your trip.

Cancellation penalty 1.- 7 days before the tour – 70% of the cost 2.- 4 days before the tour – 50% of the cost 3.- Cancellation 48 hours before the tour or No show – no refund applies. IMPORTANT: In the event that the Port is closed by order of the Port Captain because unfavorable weather situations, your payment or deposit will be fully refunded or we will offer you to schedule another date (according to availability). *Full payment must be made before the tour. *Once the tour has been stared / completed, no refund applies.
