Captain Dave is a 100 ton Master US Coast Guard licensed captain certified as a sailboat Captain and tug boat captain experienced sailing the Greek Islands the Caribbean islands the Pacific coast and and the Atlantic coast. When not sailing he enjoys teaching young kids how to sail in the Charleston Harbor. He has an infectious personality for fun adventure and sharing his love for the sea as well as the history and knowledge of the local waterways.

Your charter will depart as scheduled. If there is inclement weather, the captain will reach out to you as far in advance as the forecast allows to discuss options. Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure. However, we will not leave the docks unless the guests are onboard. Any amount of time you are late will reduce your booked time. For example, if you book a 3-hour cruise and are 30 minutes late, we can only make the duration of the voyage 2.5 hours.
