Weather Policy Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), your booking will be rescheduled to a future date/time. We do not offer refunds due to weather, but we’ll always work with you to find a new time that works. Cancellation Policy All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule your booking with advance notice. Late Arrival & No-Show - Please arrive 10–15 minutes early - Late arrivals cut into your rental time (no extensions) - No-shows or arrivals over 30 minutes late may result in cancellation with no refund or reschedule Return Time & Late Fees - Rentals must be returned on time to avoid impacting the next group - Late returns are subject to a $100+ late fee, plus additional hourly charges if applicable - Continued delays may result in additional penalties Capacity & Use Rules - Strict maximum of 5–6 passengers - This is a family-friendly, small group experience — not a party boat - No reckless driving, unsafe behavior, or overloading the vessel Safety Requirements - All renters must follow safety instructions provided before departure - Life jackets are provided and must be used as directed - Operator must be 18+ with valid ID (boating experience preferred) Damage & Responsibility - Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period - A walkthrough will be completed before and after your booking
