What a fantastic experience! I rented Alex's boat yesterday and had an absolute blast with my group of 12 friends. From the moment we arrived, Alex was super friendly and welcoming. He showed us around the boat and made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The boat itself was immaculate - clean, well-maintained, and organized to perfection. Alex had thought of everything to ensure our day on the water was stress-free and enjoyable. His assistant was also super helpful in getting us settled and answering any questions we had. Alex himself was an absolute pleasure to be around. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he really made us feel like we were part of his own little crew. We had an amazing time cruising around the water, taking in the sights, and enjoying each other's company. The boat handled beautifully, and we were able to fit all 12 of us comfortably. Overall, I would highly recommend renting from Alex. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and love for boating make for a truly unforgettable experience. We can't wait to come back and do it again!

Reserving a Charter: Bookings can be made online through a designated platform or by contacting Nauti Chicago directly at contact@nautichicago.com. 2. Catering Options: While we don't provide catering services, guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol. Alternatively, we can recommend third-party vendors. Please include any catering requests while booking, and we'll assist in arranging options. Charter Logistics: 3. Parking: Ample parking is available at 31st Street Harbor. Further details and parking options are accessible via our website. (For more information, please see our parking and arrival directions below) 4. Vessel Capacity: Each vessel can accommodate up to 12 passengers, excluding the captain and crew, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience. 5. Chicago River Travel: Traveling on the Chicago River is possible, but please be aware of potential delays at the Chicago Locks, especially during peak traffic periods. Kindly inform us in advance about your river travel plans. 6. Entertainment: Guests can enjoy their own music using the high-quality Bluetooth sound systems installed on all our boats. Captain and Crew: 7. Captain Selection: After making a reservation, Captains familiar with our vessels will be assigned. Please note, Captains are independent contractors, not employees of Nauti Chicago LLC. 8. Captain Fee and Gratuities: Captains typically charge between $100-$150 per hour before gratuity. It's customary to leave a gratuity of 20% of the total charter price for the hired Captain and Crew. All payment details will be listed on the receipt. Charter Policies: 9. Cancellation Policy: Please review our comprehensive cancellation policy for details on reservation changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and potential refunds. 10. Arrival and Delays: Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled charter time. Please notify us in case of any delays exceeding 15 minutes after the charter's start time. This Policy and Procedure Statement aims to provide interested parties with clear guidelines on the reservation process, logistical details, entertainment options, Captain selection, charter policies, and arrival protocols. We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests at Nauti Chicago LLC. Nauti Chicago LLC Cancellation Policy 1. Company Cancellation: · In the event that Nauti Chicago LLC cancels the charter due to adverse weather conditions or ANY other unforeseen circumstances, your NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be retained. We will work with you to schedule the next available charter slot that suits your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be refunded. 2. Customer Cancellation: · If you, the customer, decides to cancel the charter, the NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be retained by Nauti Chicago LLC. 3. Rescheduling Policy: · Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled charter. 4. Captain's Right to Cancel: · The Captain reserves the right to cancel a charter due to weather, failure to follow safety instructions, or inappropriate conduct aboard the vessel. The cancellation may occur at any time before or during the charter. In the event of a weather-related cancellation during a charter, a refund of 20% of the charter cost will be provided. 5. Cancellation Process: · Customers can cancel by sending an email to contact@nautichicagocharters.com or by calling 847-977-5508. 6. Charter Arrival and Delay Policy: · Customers are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled charter time. If the charter departs early, the full allocated time will still be provided. · Any delay beyond 15 minutes after the charter's start time, without prior notice, will result in the loss of the full duration. · If the Captain and Crew are delayed, you will be promptly notified. Any time lost due to OUR delay will be compensated. · Please inform us of any delays to the harbor by calling 847-977-5508
