RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS • The renter is responsible for the boat during the rental period. • A valid boating license is required for bareboat rentals. • Security deposit may be required before departure. • Fuel is not included in the rental price (Full to Full policy). • The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. • In case of unsafe weather conditions, the rental may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. • The maximum number of guests on board must not exceed the permitted capacity. • Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement. • Smoking is not permitted on board. • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or improper use of the vessel. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental period without refund. • No-shows are non-refundable. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
