90% refund of offer amount up to 14 days prior.

Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. For bookings made more than 7 days before departure, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the charter date. For bookings made within 7 days of departure, full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Cancellation Policy: - More than 14 days before departure: Refund less a 10% administrative fee and any applicable bank processing fees, or one complimentary reschedule. - 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee. - Less than 7 days before departure (including no-shows): non-refundable. Charters operate rain or shine. Refunds or rescheduling are only available if local maritime authorities officially cancel departures due to unsafe sea conditions. Guest count must not exceed the maximum capacity of the vessel. Final itinerary, departure times and destinations may be adjusted based on weather, sea conditions and operational requirements.
