- Weather Policy: If weather conditions are unsafe (lightning, high winds, or active small craft advisory), we will reschedule your rental or offer a full refund. - Late Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes early for a safety briefing. Rentals start at the booked time, not arrival time. - Late Returns: A $50 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes the jet ski is returned late. - No-Shows: No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of rental time are non-refundable. - Safety First: Life jackets must be worn at all times while riding. No alcohol or drug use before or during the rental. - Age & Licensing: Must be 18+ to rent. Anyone born after Jan 1, 1988 must complete the Florida Boater Safety Course and bring proof. - Damage Responsibility: Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or towing fees during the rental period. - Ride Boundaries: Stay within designated riding zones provided at the time of rental. Avoid shallow water and wildlife zones.
