Rental Terms – Captained 40-ft Tiara 3600 (Newport Beach) - Captain is included. - Maximum 12 guests total (including children). U.S. Coast Guard rules strictly enforced. - Pricing: $220 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Captain fee, fuel for normal harbor/coastal cruising, and all taxes are included in the rate. - Gratuity for captain/crew is not included and greatly appreciated (standard 15-20%). - Booking times: Most popular slots are 10am, 1pm, 4pm, and sunset (around 6-7pm depending on season). Custom times available on request. - Route: Scenic cruise of Newport Harbor, past mega-yachts, waterfront mansions, Balboa Island, and the Pavilion. Weather and time permitting, we’ll make a quick run outside the jetty to see the sea lions and (often) dolphins. - What’s provided: Bottled water, cooler with ice, Bluetooth sound system, clean restroom, shaded cockpit + bow seating, blankets if chilly. - BYOB & food welcome. Light snacks and drinks encouraged. - Cancellation policy (owner-set): – 100% refund if canceled 7+ days before trip – 50% refund if 3–6 days before – No refund within 72 hours (unless rescheduled due to unsafe weather at captain’s sole discretion) - $500 security hold placed on your card (not charged unless damage or excessive cleaning required). - No smoking or illegal drugs. No shoes with black soles. Pets considered case-by-case (message first). - All guests must arrive 10–15 minutes early for safety briefing and boarding.
