To receive a refund, travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local time zone. No refunds will be given after that time period. NOTE: Tour may get cancelled due to bad weather conditions for safety reasons. If this happens we will notify you to reschedule tour and if you cannot reschedule then you will receive a 100% refund. It is important to check in 30 minutes before tour time and that you leave your hotel early consider traffic because if you don´t make it on time it will be considered a no show and you will have to pay $15 USD per person to rebook tour and is subject to availability. No last minute changes are not allowed because this is a popular activity and we cannot make last minute changes.
