AHOY SAILORS! I am Cap't Tom and I grew up on the L.I.Sound and have my USCG OUPV license. Your safety is my main priority. My vessel offers a smooth safe ride and has seating for 6. I relocated to Charleston in 2005. I am now a retired Optometrist and enjoy being on the water. So come aboard and let me show you Charleston from the water. My vessel is equipped with a special added fuel monitor system. First 5 gal of fuel is included. After that $8/gal will be charged. This depends on speed ( we burn 13 gal/hr @ 15-20 knots) On board we have a head and fresh water wash down to rinse off after a swim. Swim floats available. Easy access off and on for dips in the water to cool off. Sun shade for the bow. Front table to enjoy your lunch. Bring you favorite beverage for a day on the water. Or enjoy a red evening sunset. We can take up to 6 and prefer to stay inshore. Bring your lunch and favorite beverage for a lunch on the water. enjoy a sunset cruises and then back to the dock before dark. If a pickup location is desired different from Wando Grill this will be added to the time. We do offer the fist 5 gallons of fuel free then it is $8 / gal used. Join Cap't Tom for a few hours on the waterways of Charleston harbor, rivers & creeks. Let's drop the ladder and take a swim. Or hit a sandbar(depends on the tide) and float with a cocktail. Our rates are by the hour (150/hr this includes the captain & 5 gallons of fuel*.)Max rental time is 4 hrs Hours of operation: from 10am-Sunset Weather permitting * Each gallon after the initial included 5gal is $8 per gallon. There is a fuel rate module device that reads the fuel used. We usually burn 13 gal per hour @ 15-20 knots/MPH Max speed is 43 knots/MPH. So for slow to medium speeds your fuel may be zero. Boat Passenger capacity is 8 My license (OUPV) is only for 6 --------------------------SUNSET SPECIAL Wine & cheese (BRING YOUR OWN WINE AND CHEEZE) --------------------------- $189 for 90 min between the hours of 5 pm-sunset Max 4 persons (no children) We will supply a bucket of ice and glasses. ---------------------Romantic Cruise with Diner Date ---$375 -3hrs------------------------------ We will pick you up ( @6-6:30 ) at a Wando Dock and cruise down to Daniel Island Dock where you can dine at either Kings Tide or Sermets. Return to the dock at 8pm for a Sunset cruise to bring you back before dark.
