Captain Jay gave us an outstanding day on the water! His boat was spotless and in perfect working order, and he guided us to the best spots swimming and tubing. We felt completely safe throughout and appreciated his friendly, laid-back aura. Highly recommend Jay for anyone looking for a fun, stress-free boating adventure! Will most definitely be returning soon!

We enjoyed the most incredible Saturday with Capt Jay on our boat trip on Lake Allatoona! From start to finish, it was an absolutely perfect day. Capt Jay was very communicative and accommodating. The weather was fantastic, (despite the brief storm) the skies cleared and the water so enjoyable. The lake itself is stunning, with its beautiful coves and lush green shoreline. Capt' Jay shared a wonderful spot to drop anchor, and the water was so inviting for a swim. It was incredibly refreshing and a great way to cool off.

Jordan was fantastic. Very laid back, felt like another family member was aboard with us. Pulled the tube behind and had an absolute blast. We will definitely be coming back and booking with Jordan again. Don’t hesitate to book. Boat was super clean and great speaker onboard to play music also.

**Boat Rental Safety Disclaimer:** 1. **Assumption of Risk:** The undersigned agrees to use the rented boat at their own risk. The owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the rental period. 2. **Safety Guidelines:** Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations as outlined by state and local authorities. Life jackets must be worn by children under the age of 8 years old at all times. Please bring your own lifejackets for children. 3. **Weather Conditions:** The renter acknowledges that weather conditions in Georgia can be unpredictable, including frequent rain. There will be no refunds for weather-related cancellations. However, the rental can be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. 4. **Late Arrivals and No-Shows:** There will be no refunds for no-shows or for arriving more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled rental time. 5. **Indemnity:** The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the boat owner from any claims, including those arising from personal injury or property damage related to the use or occupancy of the boat. 6. **Liability:** The boat owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the rented boat, including but not limited to mechanical failure, breakdown, or accident.--- **Refund Policy:**- **Weather Cancellations:** There will be no refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions, as trips can be rescheduled. - **Late Arrivals/No-Shows:** There will be no refunds for no-shows or for being over 30 minutes late to the scheduled rental time. And there will be a $50 late charge added to the trip. Please note that by proceeding with the rental, you agree to these terms and conditions.
