I booked a boat for my boyfriend and best friend birthday. This boat was perfect for 4 people with a PLETHORA of things. Captain Jay was very accommodating, listen to our requests and made it happen. The boat had alot of power and everything we needed. Will be booking with him again!

Captain Jay was incredible! As a Black, visibly Muslim family, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We requested to see specific spots, and he customized the experience exactly to our wishes. On the day we originally booked, there was a storm, but he kindly allowed us to reschedule for the following week! Which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend this experience

Captain Jay gave us an outstanding day on the water! His boat was spotless and in perfect working order, and he guided us to the best spots swimming and tubing. We felt completely safe throughout and appreciated his friendly, laid-back aura. Highly recommend Jay for anyone looking for a fun, stress-free boating adventure! **Boat Rental Safety Disclaimer:** 1. **Assumption of Risk:** The undersigned agrees to use the rented boat at their own risk. The owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the rental period. 2. **Safety Guidelines:** Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations as outlined by state and local authorities. Life jackets must be worn by children under the age of 8 years old at all times. Please bring your own lifejackets for children. 3. **Weather Conditions:** The renter acknowledges that weather conditions in Georgia can be unpredictable, including frequent rain. There will be no refunds for weather-related cancellations. However, the rental can be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. 4. **Late Arrivals and No-Shows:** There will be no refunds for no-shows or for arriving more than 30 minutes late to the scheduled rental time. 5. **Indemnity:** The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the boat owner from any claims, including those arising from personal injury or property damage related to the use or occupancy of the boat. 6. **Liability:** The boat owner shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property resulting from the use of the rented boat, including but not limited to mechanical failure, breakdown, or accident.--- **Refund Policy:**- **Weather Cancellations:** There will be no refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions, as trips can be rescheduled. - **Late Arrivals/No-Shows:** There will be no refunds for no-shows or for being over 30 minutes late to the scheduled rental time. And there will be a $50 late charge added to the trip. Please note that by proceeding with the rental, you agree to these terms and conditions.
