Rental Terms & Policies Safety is our top priority. All trips are weather and water-condition dependent. The captain reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a charter due to high winds, unsafe weather, rough water conditions, or any situation that may impact the safety of passengers and crew. The captain reserves the right to adjust destinations, activities, or the trip itinerary based on weather, water conditions, safety considerations, or National Park Service restrictions. All guests must follow captain instructions while onboard and during water activities such as tubing and wakeboarding. No pets are permitted onboard. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy: Please arrive on time for your scheduled charter. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior communication may be considered a no-show. No-shows and missed charters are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time if another booking is scheduled after yours. Fuel is charged separately based on actual usage during the charter. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure. Excessive intoxication, illegal substances, unsafe behavior, or damage to the vessel may result in the charter being terminated without refund. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone aboard. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a great day on the water.
