Boat is legally limited to strict amount of the passengers (incl. the captain) and this must never be exceed You're by the law not allowed speeding when within 300 meters from the coast (the fine is charged to the driver) Boat has the lights for the night sail but this should be avoided for safety reasons The boat is insured for all the damage that happen to it and is not caused by you You are responsible to cover all the law violation tickets and any boat damage caused by you, for example destroying the propeller in the shallow water, losing the anchor in deep water, deflating the boat on a sharp object and etc. Whatever happens to you or the boat please contact us immediately to resolve in the best interest of both parties - Pick-up time: 9:30h earliest. - Return time: 18:00h (exceptions possible, but please ask beforehand). - Ice box is in the price (let us know if you need one). - PICK UP LOCATION: Hvar town Port Practical Info & FAQs We’ll send you the exact location after your booking. There’s also free car parking nearby — just ask in the chat IS SKIPPER INCLUDED? The boat is rented only with a skipper. Skipper service is mandatory and charged +70 EUR/day (included in the price). NIGHT DRIVING? Not possible, for safety reasons — even with a skipper. There are many underwater rocks that are hard to see at night. Fuel Policy “Full-to-Full” – Fuel is NOT included in the price. You’ll pay for the fuel directly at the fuel station at the end of the trip. Your skipper will assist with refueling.
