Terms & Conditions – Boat Rental Booking & Payment - All bookings are subject to availability. - Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. - Instant bookings are confirmed immediately upon payment. Cancellation Policy - Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. - No-shows are non-refundable. Weather & Safety - If weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain or harbor authorities, the charter may be rescheduled or refunded at the owner’s discretion. - Routes and activities may change due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations. Captain & Crew - A licensed captain and professional crew are included and required. - Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew. - The captain has full authority onboard at all times. Passenger Rules - Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded. - Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Alcohol & Conduct - Alcohol is allowed for guests 18+ only. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. - Excessive or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the trip without refund. Damage & Liability - Guests are responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. - The boat owner is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. - Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Food & Drinks - Outside food and drinks may be allowed upon request. - All-inclusive food and beverage packages are available when offered. - Glass containers may be restricted for safety. Arrival Time - Guests are requested to arrive 15–20 minutes early. - Late arrivals may reduce charter time with no refund. Wildlife Encounters - Whale watching and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed and depend on natural conditions.
