We bring two matching Sea-Doo GTX 155 jet skis straight to your lake day, any day of the week you pick. No captain comes with this rental. Each ski seats up to three riders at a time, with a full tank of gas waiting for you the moment we arrive. These 2011 Sea-Doo GTX 155 models are quick off the line and easy to handle, whether you're taking turns with friends or riding side by side. We keep both jet skis in top shape, so you spend your time on the water instead of waiting on gas or gear. Bring your sunscreen, your playlist, and your crew. We'll handle the rest. Rates: - $100/hour for both jet skis together ($50/hour per jet ski) - 2 hour minimum for single day use What You Get: - Full tank of gas at drop off - Delivery to your lake day, any day of the week - Seating for up to 3 riders per jet ski, 600 lbs max combined weight per ski - Two identical 11ft Sea-Doo GTX 155 jet skis, model year 2011

Rental Terms & Safety Agreement Thank you for choosing our Sea-Doo rentals! Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience for everyone. By renting our jet skis, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Rental Pricing - Hourly rentals begin at $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. - Maximum hourly rental is 10 hours. - Multi-day rentals are $700 per day with a 3-day minimum and 30-day maximum. - Rental time begins at the scheduled reservation time, not arrival time. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 5 or more days before your reservation will receive an 80% refund. - Cancellations made less than 5 days before the rental are non-refundable unless approved due to severe weather or other circumstances at the owner’s discretion. - Unsafe weather conditions (lightning, severe storms, high winds, or other dangerous conditions) may result in a reschedule or refund at the owner’s discretion. Security Allowance - Renters are financially responsible for damage caused during the rental period. - A Security Allowance of up to $5,000 may be charged for damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, towing, recovery costs, fuel negligence, or violations of these rental terms. Texas Operator Requirements To legally operate a Personal Watercraft (Jet Ski) in Texas: - Operators must be at least 13 years old. - Anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 must have completed a Texas-approved (or NASBLA-approved) Boater Education Course unless they are operating under the supervision of a qualified adult as permitted by Texas law. - Children under 13 may not operate a jet ski alone and may only operate one while accompanied onboard by a legally qualified adult. - Operators must obey all Texas Parks & Wildlife boating laws at all times. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure every operator meets all legal requirements before operating the watercraft. Required Safety Rules For everyone’s safety: - Every rider must wear a properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket at all times while the jet ski is underway. - The operator must use the engine cut-off (kill switch) lanyard whenever equipped. - No operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - Operate responsibly and maintain a safe distance from swimmers, docks, boats, shorelines, and other personal watercraft. - Operate at idle/headway speed near docks, marinas, launches, or within 50 feet of other vessels or people. - No reckless driving, racing, wake jumping near other boats, or intentionally spraying people. - No operation from sunset to sunrise. - Always maintain a proper lookout and obey all posted no-wake zones and navigation markers. - Keep both hands on the handlebars while operating whenever practical. - Never exceed the manufacturer’s passenger capacity. - Report any mechanical issue immediately and discontinue operation if a problem develops. Fuel - Jet skis are provided with fuel. - Excessive fuel usage due to negligent operation or unauthorized extended use may result in additional charges. Damage The renter is responsible for damage resulting from: - Collisions - Running aground - Improper docking - Operating in shallow water - Rocks, debris, or sand ingestion into the jet pump - Lost equipment - Negligent or reckless operation Prohibited Uses The following are strictly prohibited: - Towing another vessel without permission. - Allowing unauthorized individuals to operate the jet ski. - Operating outside approved riding areas. - Beaching the jet ski unless specifically instructed. - Intentionally performing dangerous maneuvers or stunts. - Operating while impaired. Violation of these rules may immediately end the rental without refund. Shallow Water Policy: Do not operate in water less than 5 feet deep whenever possible. Never accelerate in shallow water, near shore, or where sand, rocks, vegetation, or debris may be present. Damage caused by ingesting rocks, sand, or debris into the jet pump is the responsibility of the renter. Late Returns Please return the jet ski on time. Late returns may be charged additional hourly rental fees and may affect future bookings. Before Departure Every renter will receive a brief safety orientation covering: - Starting and stopping the jet ski - Emergency shut-off switch - Safe operating speeds - Local lake hazards - No-wake zones - Docking procedures - Emergency contact information Please ask questions before leaving the dock—we’re happy to help. Assumption of Risk Boating and personal watercraft operation involve inherent risks. By renting and operating the jet ski, the renter accepts these risks and agrees to operate responsibly, follow all applicable laws, and comply with these rental terms.
