Important Policies & Boat Rules To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our booking policies before reserving your trip. Weather Policy: Safety comes first. If severe weather, storms, high winds, or unsafe boating conditions occur, the trip may be rescheduled or canceled. We will work with guests to find another available date whenever possible. Arrival & Late Policy: Guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and safety instructions. Late arrivals may reduce the scheduled trip time and may not qualify for an extension. Cancellation Policy: Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be subject to charges based on the booking terms. Safety Requirements: All passengers must follow the captain’s safety instructions and comply with Texas boating laws. Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required. The boat operator reserves the right to refuse service if any guest’s behavior creates an unsafe environment. Boat Rules: - No smoking/vaping onboard - No glass containers - No illegal substances - No reckless behavior or unsafe activities - Guests are responsible for keeping the boat clean and free of damage - Maximum passenger capacity must be followed at all times Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience on the water.
