All food is prepared fresh on the day of your charter  What You Can Expect: Our shorter, half-day fishing charter explores the St Maarten coastal areas. The fishing ranges from the shallows in close at 30 to 100 feet out to deep water on the drop-off at 300 to 1200 feet. We use a variety of techniques, depending on the prevailing conditions. On the troll we hunt the pelagics like Wahoo, Dolphinfish (Mahi-Mahi), Tuna and Kingfish. Bottom fishing for Jacks, Triggers, Snapper and Grouper. In deeper water we use electric reels to deep drop for some prized local Queen Snapper.
