About This Rafting Experience

White Water Rafting and River Bugs

White Water Rafting is one of the most exciting river activities in Scotland. Whitewater rafts are engineered to handle everything the river can throw at them. You and your team will work with one of our experienced guides to navigate the variety rapids and drops. The rapids come in a grade from 1 (flat, scenic) to 5 (high adventure/ risk).

Your half-day rafting trip includes all equipment, transport on and off the river, experienced raft guides on each raft, a trip leader on each trip and an operations manager on dry land. We also include free professional photography with every trip so everyone goes away with lots of photos of their white water rafting adventure.

River Bugs are 1-person rafts that look like giant inflatable armchairs and are perfect to those looking for a unique adventure experience on the River Tummel.

Splash has pioneered River Bugging here in Scotland and as such we are the most experienced provider of this fun outdoor activity. On the day you'll receive expert instruction from our experienced river bug guides and we'll even provide you with your own webbed gloves. We'll also be on hand to help you negotiate your own path down the white water rapids.
