Weather cancellations are 100% refundable when stipulated by assigned captain that it is not safe to navigate. Late arrival of guests to the dock prior to trip will incur in same arrival time. (Example): 9 am - 5 pm trip and guests arrive at 10:00 am, they will still come back at 5:00 pm. No shows will be charged 100% with no option to reimbursement.
