Are you looking for a stylish, budget-friendly boat to experience the Riviera Maya’s beautiful Coastline? This boat is for you! This open-aired zippy vessel can maneuver the Coastline with ease, allowing you more time to explore the famous Inha Reef, a favorite snorkeling destination and home to the sea turtle, the Great Manta Ray, and a wide array of sea creatures. Price includes up to 15 guests. BEVERAGES INCLUDED: - Beer - Sodas - Water ON THE MENU - Deliciously freshly prepared ceviche - Freshly made guacamole - Fresh-cut Mexican style salsa & tortilla chips ADDITIONAL INCLUSIONS: - Snorkel gear and guide - A crew to cater to your every need - Bluetooth steller sound system *Please note, this vessel is not equipped with Banos. WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?: - We suggest bringing the following with you: - A towel if you would like to go swimming and your swim gear - Sunglasses (a no-brainer!) - ECO-FRIENDLY sunscreen (if it is a spray, be sure to apply it before boarding their vessels so as not to slip) - A sarong, light jacket, or scarf as sometimes it can be a little chilly with the wind - Hat: be prepared that it can get very windy, so make sure you have a hat that is secure if needed - We have a Bluetooth system, so feel free to play DJ! - Tips are not included but appreciated ENVIRONMENTAL & MARINA FEES: Please note the following Marina fees must be paid separately on-site upon arrival. They are not payable through GetMyBoat. The total fee is $10.00 USD or $200.00 MXN per person, as is broken down as follows: Puerto Aventuras Marina entrance fee: $8.00 USD or $160.00 MXN pesos per person Conanp fee ("Commission of National Protected Areas.": $2.00 USD or $40.00 MXN pesos per person. If paid by card, a processing fee of %3.5 is applied. ZERO-TOLERANCE: We kindly ask you to respect The Yacht Company and its crew as you embark on your seafaring journey. Please abide by these rules and refrain from the following while with The Yacht Company: - No sexual misconduct is tolerated (all of the rooms operate on an open-door policy) - No illegal activities are tolerated (example: drugs) - No drunk and disorderly behavior is tolerated - No hookahs or shisha are allowed onboard as they are deemed a fire hazard (regular cigarettes are permitted in the designated smoking areas) - The Yacht Company must provide all alcohol on board. No attendee is allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverage onto the premises - Under no circumstances will alcohol be consumed by persons under the age of 18 - All participants must sign a digital waiver 48-hours prior to departing and must sign upon check-in for themselves and/or for minor(s) they are responsible for. If the above rules are violated: The tour will be canceled effective immediately. If any of the above occurs, The Yacht Company will return to the dock to escort your group from the premises. The Yacht Company's sole discretion may request the support of law enforcement officials if necessary to terminate the event. The Yacht Company will not incur any liability due to irresponsible drinking or enforcing the provisions stated in this paragraph. These rules are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and the crew. Thank you!!!

*Prices are shown in USD WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL? Cancellations due to personal inconvenience will be refunded if you give us a minimum of 14 days' notice. Any cancellations made after this holding period, unfortunately, are non-refundable. Our tours are generally booked for two months, five months, or even a year in advance. With such short notice, we will have an almost impossible task of filling the time slot we've been holding for you. WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE DEPARTURE DATE? Cancellations made 14 days before departure will also be offered to keep the rate and change the date if they so wish. Cancellations made after 14 days before departure will not be eligible and will still be charged for their original charter. Please note: If re-booking your charter date, we will not be held responsible for any unavailable dates. IN THE EVENT OF UNSAFE MECHANICAL OR WEATHER CONDITIONS: If we cancel or change your dates due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other reasons beyond our control, we will re-book you at our earliest convenience. However, we will not be responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses, or consequential issues incurred by you. REFUNDS: You will not be entitled to a refund simply because the weather conditions are not "perfect and sunny." We cannot be held responsible for trips cut short due to seasickness, and no refund will be issued. Partial refunds are not valid when charters are asked to be cut short by you and/or any of your guests. For example, if you arrive late, the return time will remain the same regardless, and you will still be charged in full. If the vessel is not in the condition you expected, you are entitled to refuse our services before heading out to sea. Once having proceeded with your charter, you can no longer cancel, and any form of refund policy will be invalid. Refunds are only ever permitted when canceling your reservation due to a closed port announced by the Port Captain himself. LOST ITEMS: The client is responsible for his/her and all guest's personal items. We will not be held accountable for any lost items or items left on the yacht. However, we will always do our best to recover lost items. Alternatively, you can arrange your own courier for pick up. TRANSPORTATION: We can help make transportations roughly 48 hours in advance. It's our pleasure to get you to the boat as conveniently and punctually as possible, but with other bookings, it's hard to guarantee additional vans within 48 hours or less of a tour departure. HEADCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS: If you have a headcount change for your tour, please let us know with seven full days' notice before the tour, so we can register or deregister them and adjust the balance accordingly, no problem! Unfortunately, any guest count changes made after this time will not be accommodated.
