RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND HAVE PRIOR BOATING EXPERIENCE. This is a bareboat rental. Renter is considered the "owner" of the vessel during the rental period and is fully responsible for its safe operation. No captain is provided or arranged. Renter may bring their own qualified operator if they meet all legal and insurance requirements. A valid government-issued ID and signed bareboat charter agreement are required before departure. Boat must be returned with the same fuel level. A refueling fee will be charged if not refilled. Late returns are subject to additional hourly charges. Boat must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive messes (blood, trash, etc.) will result in a cleaning fee. Boat comes with life jackets, touchscreen Simrad, radar, and basic fishing gear. Lost/damaged gear will be charged to the security deposit. - No smoking - No beaching or towing other vessels Trips canceled due to **unsafe weather** (sustained winds over 20 mph or storms) may be rescheduled or refunded at owner’s discretion. Boat is trailered and must be launched at approved ramps only. Launching and retrieval assistance available upon request. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms above and acknowledge responsibility for the vessel during the trip.
