Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure. 50% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of departure. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure. Charters canceled due to unsafe weather conditions will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Guests may transfer their reservation to another party with advance notice and if accepted by the owner/captain. Safety is our top priority. Only the captain may determine whether weather conditions are safe for operation. Light rain, cloudy conditions, or forecast uncertainty do not automatically qualify for cancellation. If the captain cancels the charter due to unsafe weather conditions, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
