- Age Limit: Riders must be 12+. Anyone under 18 must be with an adult. - Arrival Time: Arrive 15 mins early. Late arrivals = reduced ride time or cancellation without refund. - Weather: Trips are rescheduled or refunded for unsafe weather only (lightning, high winds, heavy rain). - No-Show: No refund or reschedule if you don’t show or communicate by your start time. - Pets: Allowed only with approval. Nails must be trimmed. Renter is responsible for any damage. - Alcohol & Safety: Alcohol allowed in moderation. Captain must stay sober. Follow safety rules or ride ends early with no refund. - Damages: Renter is responsible for any damage to boat or equipment. - Jet Boat Operator Policy: Operated by our assigned captain. Guests may drive briefly, only under captain’s supervision.
