All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and follow the rules and regulations set forth bu the USCG and the vessel crew. Safety is always the primary concern. If at any point during the trip the captain and crew deems the guest(s) actions to be reckless or unsafe the trip will immediately return to port. A refund for such cause will not be issued. If the vessel returns due to weather, mechanical issues, or any other reason deemed by the captain then a refund or reschedule of the trip can occur. Guests are 100% responsible for any damages caused by their actions. Proper compensation for such damages can be settled at time of occurrence.
