1. Check-in and boarding 1.1. It is recommended that participants arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete all check-in procedures and avoid delaying the scheduled start time. 1.2. Clients must wait at the previously defined location, where a member of our crew will escort them to the boat. 1.3. Before departure, a safety briefing will be conducted, and it is essential that all clients pay close attention to the instructions provided. 1.4. The duration of your tour corresponds to the time period reserved and stated on your booking document (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.). Tours are organized daily according to pre-established schedules, which must be strictly respected. If any client arrive late and do not start its boat tour/experience at the booked time, the duration of the experience will be reduced by the delay time (e.g., a booking from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with a 30-minute delay will result in a 1 hour 30 minute tour instead of the originally booked 2 hours). 1.5. Ocean 45 strongly recommends punctuality, as another group may be scheduled to begin the same tour immediately after your reserved time. 1.6. No show or failure to appear at the meeting point on the booked date and time will result in the loss of the right to the program and the right to a refund. 1.7. In such cases, you may contact us to check whether an alternative time slot is available on the same day or the following day, although Ocean 45 makes no commitment or guarantee that the tour or experience will take place in such cases. 1.8. If you are running late, please contact us using any of the contact details provided in your booking confirmation document. 1.9. Most activities take place year-round. Each program specifies the periods during which a particular activity may not be available (e.g., public holidays or other limitations imposed by third-party operators). 1.10. Ocean 45 may occasionally cancel an activity or tour due to weather conditions or force majeure.  2. What to bring 2.1. Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions on the day of the tour is recommended, together with sports or nautical footwear, preferably with white soles. 2.2. Before your boarding, footwear will be stored in a specific and appropriate box. Therefore, we recommend wearing simple, comfortable shoes that are easy to remove. 2.3. If you have booked any nautical sports products, we recommend wearing swimwear and wetsuits (if you do not bring a wetsuit, you may rent one at Ocean 45). Please also bring a beach towel to dry off after the activities. 3. Conditions and recommendations 3.1. Any participant under the age of 18 must be under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 3.2. Smoking is not permitted on board, except for electronic cigarettes. 3.3. Please wear comfortable clothing and sports footwear that can be removed easily.  3.4. During colder months, we suggest bringing a warm jacket. 3.5. During summer, light clothing and sunglasses are recommended. 4. Other important considerations 4.1. As part of its safety measures, Ocean 45 provides all participants in sports activities with a life jacket and a protective helmet. 4.2. The use of sunscreen with an appropriate protection factor is recommended. 4.3. Please inform us in advance if you have any physical limitations or health conditions, as some tours or activities may not be suitable for you. 4.4. All sports activities take place in a maritime environment, therefore, the ability to swim is mandatory. 5. Restrictions and prohibited items  To ensure safety and maintain the condition of the boats, the following are not allowed: ·       Bringing food on board or glass beer bottles (only canned beer is allowed). ·       Pets. ·       Consuming or bringing red wine–based drinks or dark-coloured beverages (such as red sangria or similar). ·       Using glass cups. ·       Smoking anywhere on the boat (except electronic cigarettes). ·       Bringing or consuming narcotics/psychotropic substances (drugs). ·       Using tanning oils or products containing glitter. 6. Extras available upon request and subject to payment ·       Customized catering: menus tailored to clients’ preferences and needs. ·       Bar service: you may include a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
