All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the Charterer. The request must include the Charterer’s full name, scheduled charter date, and reason for cancellation. Verbal cancellation requests are not valid unless confirmed in writing by our company. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations 30+ Days Before Departure: Receive a 100% refund when the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled booking start time. * Cancellations 15–30 Days Before Departure: Receive a 50% refund when the reservation is canceled between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled booking start time. * Cancellations 72 Hours–14 Days Before Departure: Reservations canceled between 72 hours and 14 days before the scheduled booking start time are non-refundable. However, guests may request a weekday reschedule, subject to availability and approval by Wet Again Charters. * Cancellations Within 72 Hours: Any cancellation made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking start time is strictly non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling. No refunds, credits, or alternate dates will be provided. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be approved by Wet Again Charters. Weather Policy We are committed to providing an exceptional experience on the water; however, all charters are subject to safe operating conditions. While it is always our goal to proceed with your scheduled charter, operation ultimately depends on whether weather conditions are deemed charterable (safe) or (unsafe). For the safety of our guests, crew, and vessel, we reserves sole discretion in determining whether conditions are charterable. Uncharterable conditions typically include, but are not limited to: - Severe storms - Small craft advisories - Gale warnings - Sustained high winds - Large or hazardous wave conditions Light rain, brief passing storms, overcast conditions, and cooler temperatures are generally considered charterable. If weather conditions are determined to be uncharterable, we will work with the Charterer to postpone or reschedule the charter. In such cases, a one (1) year rescheduling credit will be issued, redeemable toward a future boat rental of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
