Weather: Trips canceled due to unsafe conditions (high winds, storms, lightning) will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Renter's call to reschedule due to weather is welcome with advance notice. Late/No-Show: Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as time is scheduled tightly. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. Safety: All riders must wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket (provided). Minimum age/weight requirements apply per manufacturer guidelines. No alcohol or drugs before or during operation. Safety briefing required before every rental. Boat/Ski Rules: No reckless operation, jumping wakes excessively, or riding outside designated areas. Renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period. Fuel and cleaning fees may apply if not returned as received.
