Mike is a superstar!!!! We had booked a different yacht for my daughters birthday party 3 weeks prior and with 24 hr to the start of the party there was still no communication. Customer service got us in touch with Mike who was absolutely STELLAR in planning an unforgettable night for our daughter, everything from food to drinks to decorations. He did it in under 24 hours and it was absolutely amazing. Would HIGHLY recommend Mike and entire crew. Communication was so easy, so professional and took all of our stress away. First class, A++++

Additional Terms & Information
Reservation and Confirmation: a. To reserve a bareboat yacht rental, a valid reservation must be made in advance. b. Confirmation of the reservation will be provided upon successful payment and completion of necessary documentation. Qualifications and Licenses: a. The renter must possess a valid and recognized boating license or certification, demonstrating competence in operating a yacht. b. The renter agrees to provide proof of their qualifications and licenses prior to the rental period. Security Deposit: a. A security deposit is required before the rental period begins. b. The security deposit will be refunded within a specified timeframe after the yacht is returned in satisfactory condition, with no damages or losses. Responsibilities of the Renter: a. The renter assumes full responsibility for the yacht during the rental period and shall operate it in a safe and responsible manner. b. The renter shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and navigational rules. c. The renter shall return the yacht on time and in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. Insurance: a. The renter must provide proof of insurance coverage that includes liability and hull damage for the duration of the rental period. b. The renter is responsible for any deductibles or costs associated with damages or losses not covered by the insurance. Maintenance and Repairs: a. The renter shall promptly report any damages, malfunctions, or necessary repairs to the rental company. b. The rental company will handle necessary maintenance and repairs, but the renter shall not be entitled to any refunds or compensation due to the temporary unavailability of the yacht during repairs. Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be outlined in the rental agreement. b. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the rental agreement. Limitation of Liability: a. The rental company shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or expenses incurred during the rental period. b. The renter acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with operating the yacht and releases the rental company from any liability. Governing Law: a. These terms of service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental company is located.
